For the weekend - Louisville shows and auditions (Apr. 8 edition)

Generally speaking, early April is one of the busiest times of the year for the Louisville theatre scene as many community theatres get shows off the ground before the Derby Festival. Meanwhile, Actors Theatre begins winding down its Humana Festival (but not before opening up a ten-minute play festival). This is all a major benefit for the Louisville theatregoer as there are plenty of shows to see, especially this weekend. No fewer than nine shows are taking place somewhere in the Louisville area this weekend. Check them out below.

Meanwhile, there are at least eight shows already taking place in the Louisville theatre scene, although most of them (especially the Humana Festival shows) are set to end this weekend. Go see them before the curtain closes.

Want to get involved in all the wonderful creativity? Audition for a show below. There are at least three coming up in the next few days.

Enjoy!
