For the weekend - Louisville shows and auditions (Christmas edition)

This weekend brings forth many tidings and good cheer alongside some Louisville theatre and improv. Once you've had your presents and dinners, go see Damaged Goods. This improv troupe plays "Whose Line is It Anyway"-style games and its loads of fun. Check out the info below.

Also, don't forget about the holiday-themed shows from Derby Dinner and Whodunnit, going on until at least the end of the year. Plenty of laughter and good times are sure to come from both!

Finally, check out the auditions that are very quickly coming up. Two are slated to take place right after the new year.

For the weekend - Louisville shows and auditions (Dec. 18 edition)

As theatres wind down for the Christmas season, there are no new shows opening this weekend. HOWEVER, there are still plenty of shows going on. Ten shows that include holiday classics, children's stories, and other should be classics. Most of them end this weekend, so enjoy them while you can!

While some theatre companies are going dark for the rest of the year, some are gearing up for the new year. There's an audition this weekend (Rush Trowel) and one early next week (Hardin County Playhouse). Also, a new one has been posted from Mind's Eye Theatre Company. Check out these auditions and get involved in the Louisville theatre scene!

For the weekend - Louisville shows and auditions (Dec. 11 edition)

Happy holidays, everyone! We are in the middle of the season, and this weekend there are plenty of shows that fit the bill. There's either the hilarious The Kings of Christmas or the classics The Nutcracker and A Christmas Carol. For those who want to escape the holidays, check out The (Other) Boy Who Lived.

Even with these shows opening, there are still plenty of other shows both holiday-related and otherwise. Check them out while they are still going on.

For the weekend - Louisville shows and auditions (Dec. 4 edition)

Christmas season is in full swing, and there are plenty of new Christmas shows from which to choose for your entertainment pleasures! Bunbury, Floyd Central, and Shelby County Comm. debut either Christmas classics or, in Bunbury's case, an original show. Check them out while you can!

Don't forget about the other shows opening. Classics from Company and Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks and a new show, The Roast of Darth Vader (from the same guys that do all of the hilarious roasts around here) are set to open. 

There are, of course, still plenty of shows going on that have already opened. Nine shows to be exact. However, this weekend is the last for four of them. Check them out while you still can!

Finally, don'f forget about the auditions. This weekend, in particular, is going to be a busy weekend with three auditions this weekend followed by five more in the coming month. Get involved!
