For the weekend - Louisville shows and auditions (Aug. 14 edition)

Hard to believe that summer is starting to wane, and that fall will soon be here. For the many theatre companies in Louisville, though, that means time for each group's new season, and that also means plenty of auditions. Check them out below! There's a couple of new postings, including one going on this weekend (!).

Meanwhile, Derby Dinner continues the hugely successful "Church Basement Ladies" series with "The Last (Potluck) Supper". The Bard's Town, meanwhile, presents original plays from local playwrights in "The Day After", this weekend only.

Don't forget the ongoing musicals from Alley Theater, Shelby County, Hardin County, and Jackson County, IN. I have heard nothing but good things about all three so far.
