Starting on a personal note, I have learned in the last few days of the arrest of and actions taken by a prominent member of our Kentuckiana theatre community. Make no mistake about it, those actions are deplorable, disgusting and should not be tolerated in any way. My thoughts and prayers are with all who were affected by this, especially the victims. If you are or you know of someone going through an abusive situation, don't be afraid to speak out and seek help.
This weekend, the Kentuckiana theatre scene will feature plenty of shows of many kinds. Everything from national touring productions to Halloween-appropriate to classic comedies and dramas to children's shows to murder mysteries to everything in between are taking place on a stage near year.
